Our Mastermind will be a series of working sessions that will propel you to reach your business goals.

Work on defining and setting your goals, and stay motivated by writing out these goals. Our worksheets will guide you through crafting meaningful goals that will encompass both your personal and business aspirations, ensuring you and your business are on the right path to your desired future.

Create the Marketing Plan

Gain an understanding of your target audience, effective communication channels, and master the art of problem-solving to connect with them effortlessly. Learn how to unlock your business's potential by learning how to access your customers and tailor your strategies to their unique needs.

Week 2 - Know the Bank

This week will be all about getting numbers down on paper.

Forecasting

Learn the vital skills to predict and plan your company's monthly performance accurately. Plan for future growth and have the tools to make informed decisions to steer your business towards success month after month.

Budgeting

Optimize your business finances and operations during our budgeting meeting. Walk through a budget to make sure you are accounting for all of your expenses and learn ways to streamline your overhead costs and increase your bottom line.

Week 3 - Hire the Help

It's impossible to grow a construction business yourself. We will leave this week with a good idea exactly who we need on our team.

Hiring Plan

Unlock the key to building a high performing team in week 3. Create job descriptions for your organization and future positions that will align with your goals from week 1.

Hiring Implementation

Learn to effectively find the right candidate, ask the appropriate interview questions, create essential company handbooks, and streamline a seamless onboarding process. Your workforce should not only be skilled but fully aligned with your company culture from day one.
